| The lily pad of Towson was conceived and delivered by Sarah Weiskittel a former stay at home mom who grew up in Towson and now lives in Ruxton. As the mother of Miller age 5 and Lily age 4. Sarah saw a real need where parents could buy and sell children's gently worn clothing, strollers, gear and baby and children’s furniture, right in the heart of Stoneleigh. Sarah wanted to offer high-end clothing and gear that we all want for our children especially at the price that lily pad sells them. |

| Last summer, Bridgette Meushaw joined Sarah as co-owner of the lily pad . Bridgette is a Stoneleigh resident and was a loyal customer prior to becoming a partner in the business. Bridgette was also a stay at home mom who is the mother of Jack age 6 and Logan age 5, who knows the value of shopping at The lily pad. |
| Bridgette also has a knack at putting looks together. She spent five years as the Boden Representative in Maryland and currently works part time for the Ellie Boutique in Ruxton. Stoneleigh is a neighborhood rich in tradition where you can walk not only to school, but you can walk to one of Baltimore's oldest shopping centers to buy ice cream and shop at the lily pad. The lily pad sets a fabulous setting for young families to come and shop. A play station with a huge basket of toys and a chalkboard offers enough diversion so mom & dad can browse the consigned clothing and gear, or read through the binder that has pictures of all the furniture on consignment. It is not uncommon for new parents to want to have new furniture, but grandparents are setting up nurseries for their much-anticipated grandchild. The lily pad offers a good section of strollers, travelers, bassinets, cribs, highchairs, changing tables and bouncy seats. |
